The Fennville Downtown Development Authority announces Business Advantage
Fennville’s Downtown Development Authority is pleased to announce its next Business Advantage for Monday, November 9, 2009. The Business Advantage will be held in Downtown Fennville at Salt of the Earth, located at 114 Main Street. The Business Advantage will begin at 5:30pm with a happy hour, guest speakers will begin at 6:30pm.
The event guest speakers are, Michael A. Moraw, Vice President SBA Product Specialist-Sr for Huntington Bank. Mr. Moraw will discuss what information banks generally need for financing requests from small businesses. Tamara Davis, from the Michigan Small Business & Technology Development Center will discuss how it assists small businesses in getting the necessary information needed for financing. Both guests will be on hand to answer questions that you may have with your business. Additionally, State Rep Bob Genetski is slated to attend this event.
Whether you’re a new business, you’re planning to start a new business, or you’ve been in business for 50 years, you need to attend this event. The Fennville Downtown Development Authority (DDA) is a municipal corporation of the State of Michigan, authority by Michigan Public Act of 1975 and enabled by local ordinance. The City of Fennville established its DDA in August of 1992. The DDA is governed by a board whose members consist of the Mayor and persons having an interest in property located in the downtown district.
